Christian Tabernacle is a Spirit-filled, Bible-believing community in the greater Houston area. We work hard to build strong relationships that help our members and their communities grow their faith and love for Jesus Christ.

Our goal is to create a judgment-free environment where we can all grow our relationship with Jesus. We believe in the salvation plan mentioned in Acts 2:38 and baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

What We Believe

Rooted In
The Word

The word of God directly inspires us — we teach solid biblical principles, salvation, and how to live an overcoming life as a true believer in Christ.

Repentance

We believe in genuine repentance — turning away from sin and turning toward God with a sincere heart, as called for throughout Scripture.

Baptism In Jesus' Name

We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, following the apostolic pattern of Acts 2:38.

The Holy Ghost

We believe in receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues, just as the early church experienced on the day of Pentecost.

Holy Living

We believe in living a life that reflects Christ — walking in holiness, integrity, and love as an example to our families, communities, and the world.
